At the end of October, the 8th edition of the Hackathon Stuttgart took place in the Römerkastell Stuttgart. The participants dealt with topics around IoT, networking with cloud and mobile or industry 4.0. They had 48 hours to find innovative ideas, brainstorm a concept in a team, get started and and finally showcase their outcomes.
Among other sponsors, this year for the first time Porsche was involved and had the Panamera and Taycan in its luggage. In addition, they provided the developers with a setup of the current Modular Infotainment Building Kit (MIB), on which they could deploy developed web apps. Our colleague Marc was available during the event as a contact person for the HMI-API and could not only help the participants with the use of the API, but also give general tips on web development.
We are proud that we were able to support our customer Porsche with our expertise in infotainment development and that we could help the participants to implement innovative ideas.
