Perfect weather, live music, good food, cool drinks and a varied program - this is how we celebrated our anniversary with our employees, shareholder representatives and technology partners at Gut Wolfgangshof in Zirndorf! 

But what can we look back on after these 10 years?

In 2009 the history of e.solutions began with 48 employees.

The order was: Build a complete infotainment system for the A3, the Golf and the Skoda Octavia! In the following program, the focus was no longer on individual vehicles, but on the product range of the entire VW group. We have accepted this challenge! Now, after several thousand software launches, we can say that we have successfully mastered it. 
We have continued to develop and expand our focus on software at our locations in Ingolstadt and Erlangen. For example, we have mastered the leap from Java to HTML5 and the switch to Linux. Technologically, Android is now gaining in importance! We are technology specialists – no matter the technology! We have shown this and will continue to do so in the future.

But what will we be facing in the next few years? With the further development of autonomous driving, the future of the automobile is increasingly defined by the interior of the vehicle. Our mission: We develop the software for it!

We can react dynamically and flexibly to these future challenges, thanks to our now almost 700 permanent employees! We are proud to be part of this team, and we are proud that there are now 10 million of our systems on the road. For this we say THANK YOU and look forward to the next 10 years!
