Since 30.03. we offer our employees at the Erlangen site the opportunity to participate in the WICOVIR study. This is a study funded by the Free State of Bavaria for the optimization of corona pool tests in Erlangen and Regensburg, which is carried out in companies and schools. Within the scope of the study, pools with samples from a maximum of 30 participants are subjected to a highly sensitive PCR test twice a week. If the Corona virus is detected in a pool, the retention samples are tested again individually. The results are expected on the same day. e.solutions is currently participating in the study with three pools. In order to enable our employees in Ingolstadt to be tested as well, we are making rapid antigen tests available there.
